Please read carefully before purchasing.
Mage of Metals is a small, independently run business and each piece is thoughtfully and meticulously handcrafted for you at the moment of purchase. On average, MADE-TO-ORDER pieces are complete within 4 weeks but please allow 3-6 weeks total from the date of purchase.
If an item says, READY-TO-SHIP, please read the item description for specific shipping times. Depending on the piece, READY-TO-SHIP items are mailed within 1-5 business days.
Mage of Metals is committed to supporting small businesses by working with local, family-run establishments on Philadelphia’s Jewelers’ Row and other vendors in the Philadelphia area. That being said, sometimes unforeseen delays can occur with casters and suppliers that are out of my control but if there is a delay I will contact you via email to update you on your pieces!
Shipping
Orders are shipped approximately 4 weeks from purchase date. Once your piece has shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

USPS Priority flat rate: $10
International shipping

Shipping Terms
Mage of Metals is not responsible for lost, misplaced, delayed shipments or packaged that are damaged by freight carries after the package has been dispatched. Mage of Metals is not responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file and claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal and custom nature of this jewelry, Mage of Metals does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Think carefully before you place an order and if you are unsure about sizing, please see Sizing link at the footer of this page.
However, my goal is to make you happy with your purchase and should you have any concerns when you receive your piece, please reach out immediately and I will kindly work with you to find a resolution. I live by a code of kindness and understanding. I will always treat you with respect and ask you to treat me likewise.
